Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate in the United States Northeast. You will greet guests, assist with shopping experiences, and adhere to safety, security, and store policies while operating the POS.

You will maintain cash accuracy, stock levels, and housekeeping duties, and support management with guest requests, vendor coordination, and onboarding tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Operate the POS and maintain accurate cash/lottery/tobacco levels.
• Perform store housekeeping and stock replenishment.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
