Job summary

Target is seeking a Small Format Team Member to deliver friendly guest service, stock shelves, and maintain clean, efficient store operations. You will greet guests, locate products, assist with checkout, and support team members across departments in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are flexible, customer-focused, and can adapt to varying shifts, including nights and weekends, while upholding safety, accuracy, and a positive store experience.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience across all departments.
• Help guests find items, resolve issues, and thank them at checkout.
• Support stock, displays, and merchandising on the sales floor.
• Process inbound deliveries and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Complete backroom audits and assist with safety and cleanliness.
• Operate cash register tasks and assist with back-up cashier duties as needed.
