Responsibilities

• Greets guests, takes orders, processes payments and addresses issues.
• Operates cash register or POS and uses suggestive selling to increase sales.
• Verifies accuracy of guest orders.
• Prepares and packages food and drinks.
• Cleans kitchen, counters, prep areas and utensils.
• Cleans dining room, restrooms and exterior grounds.
• Maintains Health and Safety standards in work areas.
• Unloads and stocks inventory items as needed.
• Works at multiple workstations (front counter, Drive-Thru, etc.).
• Maintains prompt and regular attendance on shifts.
• Follows uniform and grooming standards.
• Resolves issues for guests professionally.
• Learns team effectiveness skills and works toward team goals.
• Communicates positively with customers, peers and managers.
• Handles fast-paced environment and pressure gracefully.
