URBN is seeking a Service Assistant for Pizzeria Vetri to ensure guest satisfaction through accurate food delivery and polished dining spaces. This fast-paced, guest-facing role emphasizes teamwork, clear communication with FOH/BOH, and reliable support during service.

The ideal candidate thrives in a busy environment, maintains service standards, and is willing to learn and grow within URBN’s hospitality family across Terrain, Anthropologie, Free People or Urban Outfitters brands.

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience preferred but not required; strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to multitask, stay calm, and move quickly.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented mindset.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and select holidays.
• Must be able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Deliver pizzas, salads, and beverages with accurate, friendly introductions.
• Serve as the final quality check for all dishes—confirm modifications, allergies, and accuracy before running food.
• Monitor dining room flow, support servers, offer refills, and anticipate guest needs.
• Clear, wipe, and reset tables promptly; maintain a polished, welcoming environment.
• Keep expo, service stations, and to-go areas clean, stocked, and organized.
• Assist servers and managers during rush periods and complete opening/closing sidework.
