Dave & Buster’s is hiring for a Winner’s Circle guest associate at our Virginia Beach location. You’ll greet guests, guide them through their Midway experience, and deliver an unparalleled dining and entertainment atmosphere with a smile.

You’ll communicate clearly, handle multiple tasks, assist guests with requests and maintain merchandise and game areas. Must be 18+, and you’ll join a team focused on guest satisfaction and fun.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an unparalleled Guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games.
• Greets Guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm while performing multiple job functions.
• Assists the Guest with all requests and answers questions as needed and makes recommendations on items.
• Provides game assistance by promptly notifying Support Technicians or Management as needed.
• Bids farewell to Guests leaving and invites Guests to return.
• Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other Team Members.
