Job summary

Kids Empire Massachusetts LLC is seeking a friendly Team Member to be the first point of contact for guests. You will greet families, check them in, collect waivers, and guide them through the park experience while maintaining a safe, welcoming atmosphere.

In this role you will manage front counter transactions, operate the POS, stock refreshments, help with events, and uphold cleanliness throughout the park.

Qualifications

• Weekend and holiday availability.
• Able to work with children.
• Operate an iPad.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Work independently.
• Read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Attend customers quickly, greet them, and make them feel welcome.
• Process check-ins by having guests sign waivers and enter details on an iPad.
• Operate front counter for payments, handle POS and provide exact change when needed.
• Organize snacks and beverages, monitor inventory, and coordinate with management to restock.
• Maintain park cleanliness and ensure guests follow safety rules.
• Assist with family events and perform other duties as assigned.
