Residence Inn Wilkes-Barre is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to be the face of the hotel, greeting guests, handling check-ins and inquiries, and ensuring a smooth stay.

This part-time role requires flexibility to work 3PM-11PM shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; strong customer service and courtesy are essential, as is the ability to multitask and use hotel systems.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to cover shifts when needed.
• Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be 16 years of age

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and complete established check-in procedures for arriving guests daily, using computerized methods to ensure guest satisfaction in the rooms requested.
• Perform guest departure (check-out) daily by following computer procedures to close guest accounts and ensure accuracy on the folio.
• Responds in a professional and courteous manner to arriving, departing and in-house guests by providing accurate and timely information and services.
