Job summary

Global Partners LP in New Haven, VT is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver an outstanding guest experience while supporting day-to-day store tasks. You will greet guests, handle POS transactions, stock shelves, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards.

This role requires flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays, and reliable transportation to and from the store. You’ll collaborate with management and vendors to ensure smooth store operations.

Qualifications

• Availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Willingness to work in varied temperatures and environments.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Operate the point of sale and manage cash/tickets per policy.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandise in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests to management and assist vendors.
• Support onboarding and training for new hires as needed.
• Assist with general store operations and safety protocols.
