Responsibilities

• Sell tickets at the box office using a POS system.
• Operate cash registers and handle cash, credit, and mobile payments.
• Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Check tickets at entrances and guide guests.
• Provide information on showtimes, amenities, policies, and inquiries.
• Answer phones courteously and transfer calls as needed.
• Prepare concessions at the stand following safety guidelines.
• Stock concessions, napkins, utensils, and cleaning supplies.
• Perform cleaning duties: sweeping, mopping, restroom checks, trash removal.
• Monitor crowd behavior and support crowd control.
• Conduct general inspections and report safety or cleanliness issues.
