Job summary

Chick-fil-A Doral DTO is seeking a General Team Member who works for an independent Owner/Operator. You will help deliver an exceptional dining experience and hospitality to every guest, across kitchen and dining room duties.

This position is designed for a 3-day workweek with options for full-time or part-time engagement, a friendly environment, flexible scheduling (closed Sundays), free meals based on scheduled hours, performance bonuses, and opportunities for growth with experienced operators.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Available to work 3 days per week.
• Friendly, outgoing and customer-focused attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Consistent, reliable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Work together to ensure every guest enjoys a high-quality experience.
• Prepare, cook, and assemble food safely and efficiently.
