Job summary

Chick-fil-A Doral DTO is seeking a General Team Member who works for an independent Owner/Operator. You will help deliver an exceptional dining experience and hospitality to every guest, across kitchen and dining room duties.

This position is designed for a 3-day workweek with options for full-time or part-time engagement, a friendly environment, flexible scheduling (closed Sundays), free meals based on scheduled hours, performance bonuses, and opportunities for growth with experienced operators.

General Team Member Responsibilities:

• Work together to ensure every guest enjoys a high-quality experience whether preparing food in the kitchen or serving guests in the dining room
• Prepare, cook, and assemble food safely, quickly, and efficiently while meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Greet and serve guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and genuine hospitality
• Assist with beverage and dessert preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of the restaurant, including the kitchen, front counter, and dining room
• Ensure all products meet Chick-fil-A's quality, safety, and brand standards
• Assist with opening and closing tasks as assigned
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures
• Communicate clearly and effectively with guests, team members, and leaders
• Maintain consistent attendance, punctuality, and a positive attitude
