Job summary

Wawa is looking for a Customer Service Associate to be the friendly face of the store, greeting customers and helping with their needs. The role includes food preparation, operating the register, and ensuring the store is clean, stocked, and inviting.

This position supports a beloved brand that values people, doing the right thing, and brightening each day. As a CSA, you will join a team focused on fast, courteous service and accurate transactions while following store policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ years old with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers to meet their needs quickly and courteously.
• Prepare food items like breakfast items, sandwiches, beverages, and pizzas; keep coffee station clean.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, assist with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products.
• Ensure stores are well-stocked; keep shelves fresh and inviting.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety by following policies and guidelines.
• Complete housekeeping tasks including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash disposal.
