Job summary

European Wax Center in Plano, TX is seeking an Aesthetic Sales Consultant, also called Guest Experience Associate. You will share knowledge of services and products, guiding guests through treatments while collaborating with Wax Specialists to maximize sales and deliver unforgettable experiences.

We value a professional appearance, reliability, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Compensation includes base plus commissions and bonuses, with benefits and growth opportunities

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of sales and customer service experience preferred.
• POS software experience preferred.
• Experience with KPI and sales goals in retail/beauty environment preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Job Experience/Skill Set:

• 6 months to 1 year of prior experience in sales and customer service preferred.
• P.O.S. Software experience preferred.
• Experience with KPI and Sales Goals within a retail or beauty environment preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Always maintain a consistently professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to responsibly open and close the center; this is a key holder position!
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Consistency in attendance and a dedication to reliability
• Upholds a driven, outgoing, and personable disposition

Physical Demands

• Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, or crouch for extended periods.
• Regular use of upper extremities to type, handle, feel, and reach with hands and arms.
• Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds.

Work Environment

• Predominantly indoor working conditions.
• Regular use of tablets, phones, computers, copiers, and other office equipment.
• Noise level typically ranges from low to moderate.

Salary Description
