European Wax Center, Inc. is seeking an energetic Aesthetic Sales Consultant to welcome guests, explain services, and drive sales through engaging experiences.

As a Guest Experience Associate you will partner with Wax Specialists to maximize opportunities and help guests leave feeling confident. We offer commissions and bonus opportunities, plus medical, vision, dental, disability insurance, PTO, and discounts on services and retail.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of prior experience in sales and customer service preferred.
• Experience with KPI and Sales Goals within a retail or beauty environment preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Always maintain a consistently professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to responsibly open and close the center; this is a key holder position.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Requirements

Job Experience/Skill Set:

Physical Demands:

• Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, or crouch for extended periods.
• Regular use of upper extremities to type, handle, feel, and reach with hands and arms.
• Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds.

Work Environment:

• Predominantly indoor working conditions.
• Regular use of tablets, phones, computers, copiers, and other office equipment.
• Noise level typically ranges from low to moderate.
• Fast-paced environment with intermittent periods of heavy workload.

Salary Description

Avg. $16-$25/hour incl. base, bonus, commission
