Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Store Support Teammate in Gretna, NE, to help create an enjoyable shopping experience for guests. You will greet customers, process transactions at the POS, and support merchandising and display setup while maintaining store cleanliness.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holiday periods as needed.
• Customer service and cash handling basics are valued across our stores.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and assist with store inquiries.
• Handle Guest transactions using POS software and bag purchases.
• Keep up to date on current promotions, policies and store procedures.
• Monitor security risks and assist in loss prevention measures.
• Assist with merchandising tasks and display upkeep.
• Maintain a clean, organized and inviting store environment.
• Adhere to Buckle’s Code of Ethics and store policies.
• Support the team with other assigned duties.
