Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Recommend and help locate merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Suggest additional items and create a wardrobe experience for Guests.
• Demonstrate products and share product knowledge with the team.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of sales promotions, policies, and security practices.
• Meet and exceed personal sales-per-hour and net sales goals set by Store Management.
• Process checkouts, bag purchases, and prepare merchandise for alterations.
• Develop and maintain Buckle customer service standards and relations with Guests.
