Job summary

Harri is seeking a Team Member to deliver exceptional guest experiences through friendly service, accurate order handling, and cleanliness across dining, interior, and exterior spaces. You will support multiple workstations per JIB procedures while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

The role emphasizes teamwork, quick adaptability during busy periods, and a commitment to food quality and safety in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service or food service is helpful.
• Ability to read orders, communicate clearly, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Basic math for cash handling and transaction accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with menu selection; take and clarify orders.
• Enter orders in POS, handle payments, and provide change.
• Maintain cleanliness in dining room, interior, exterior, and restrooms.
• Assemble and deliver orders to guests, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Follow JIB policies and standards for food safety, service, and timekeeping.
• Work as part of a team and assist co-workers during high-volume periods.
