Job summary

Church is seeking a Guest Service team member to greet guests, take orders, and process transactions in a courteous, efficient manner. You will follow the Operating Standards Manual and maintain clean displays and stocked service areas.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 6 months related experience, with strong interpersonal skills and accuracy in cash handling in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; at least 6 months related experience.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers with a smile and welcoming attitude.
• Takes and fills customer orders within company mandated service time.
• Suggestive upsell of products as directed by management.
• Collects money and delivers orders to customers.
• Addresses customer issues or complaints and notifies a manager when needed.
• Counts cash and ensures drawer accuracy; records transactions.
• Notifies Manager in Charge of any deletions, over-rings or equipment problems.
• Maintains proper rotation and display of products; keeps case clean.
• Ensures adequate supplies (napkins, cups, lids, iced tea) are stocked.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
