Dash In, part of the Wills Group family, is seeking a Guest Experience Assistant Manager in Newark, DE. This full-time role oversees a fast-paced 24/7 convenience environment, coaching a retail team and driving guest satisfaction.

You will manage inventory, uphold brand standards, and support store leadership in daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or ability to complete employer-paid GED program.
• 3+ years of experience in operations, customer service, food service, or retail.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Ability to work a varied full-time schedule including days, nights, weekends, and overnights.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening.

• Oversee product ordering to drive sales while minimizing loss and shrink.

Location: 1110 S College Ave, Newark, DE

Status: Full-time 30-40 hours per week, benefits eligible

Schedule: 24/7 retail environment (days, nights, weekends, overnights)

What you’ll do

• Team Management: Assist in hiring, training, coaching, and developing a high-performing retail team.

What we’re looking for

• High school diploma or GED -or- ability to complete employer-paid GED program; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in operations, customer service, food service, or retail.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Ability to work a varied full-time schedule including days, nights, weekends, and overnights.
