Job summary

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is seeking a housekeeping teammate to maintain cleanliness across public areas and support room attendants. You will stock linens, assist in delivering guest items, and help with daily tasks to ensure a premium guest experience.

The role requires basic English, a professional appearance, excellent interpersonal skills, and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Legal US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Basic level of English is required.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Cleans public areas of the resort, stocks linen rooms and storage areas with clean linens and picks-up and delivers guest items.
• Supports Room Attendants by ensuring guest room supplies are stocked, trash removed, and other cleaning duties as assigned.
• Keeps all guest corridors neat, vacuumed and dusted.
• Keeps service elevator landings, stairwells and linen storage rooms clean by sweeping, mopping and dusting.
• Assists Housekeepers as required.
• Helps move beds and furniture, turns mattresses, removes or hangs sheers and drapes.
• Picks up and delivers guest request items such as irons, ironing boards, cribs and roll-aways.
