Job summary

City of Loveland seeks a part-time Visitor Center Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, assist visitors with tourism information, and handle clerical duties at the Loveland Visitors Center.

The role includes cashiering, merchandising, and occasional event support. Flexible 0–19 hours/week, including weekends, with hourly pay between $17.33 and $23.40 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED.
• Two years of customer service and clerical experience with high public contact and POS experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and concierge guidance to visitors.
• Assist customers with tourism questions and provide accurate information about Loveland and the region.
• Process sales and maintain accurate cash handling and deposits.
• Stock, merchandise, and display store areas.
• Assist with events and provide offsite representation when needed.
