Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Server Assistant to support servers and ensure guests enjoy a seamless dining experience. You will greet guests, take drink orders, help with refills, pre-bussing, and table turns while keeping dining areas clean and safe.

You play a part in delivering timely food and drink service and maintaining high safety standards. The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage experience a plus but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset (We heart our Guests!)
• Teamwork is a must (Teamwork makes the dream work!)
• Food Handlers Certification and Alcohol Certification, as required
• Communicates effectively
• Sense of urgency and comfort in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests
• Availability to workdays, nights, and/or weekends

Responsibilities

• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)
• Assisting with greeting Guests and taking drink orders
• Delivering food and drinks in a timely manner and anticipating Guest’s needs
• Supporting the Server by refilling condiments, pre-bussing tables, and turning tables
• Creating memorable experiences by providing exceptional service
• Performing opening, mid-day, or closing duties
