Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or retail experience preferred.
• Must be able to greet guests warmly and handle inquiries.
• Fluent English communication required, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm smile and assist with inquiries.
• Perform cashier duties accurately and process transactions.
• Maintain a clean lobby and cashier station.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
