Job summary

SeaWorld is seeking a Part-Time Guest Arrival Ambassador to help keep the park running smoothly while delivering outstanding guest service. The role involves greeting guests, handling reservations, advising on show times, and maintaining orderly traffic flow with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities include processing payments, handling will calls, and adhering to cash-handling policies. Must be 16+ with strong communication skills and ability to work varied shifts in a dynamic, outdoor/indoor

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to process POS transactions and Cash register operations.
• Flexibility in working varied shifts and ability to multitask.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods, indoors/outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with guests.
• Answer questions and resolve guest issues.
• Advise guests on show times and attraction information.
• Facilitate organized guest traffic flow.
• Perform crowd control to open/close location.
• Process monetary transactions accurately.
• Handle will call and interaction program requests.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures.
• Work as part of a team to boost productivity and guest service.
