Job summary

WonderWorks Myrtle Beach is seeking Admissions Attendants to welcome guests and guide them into the upside-down building, setting a positive tone for memorable experiences. You will engage guests, answer questions, and support smooth ticketing and information sharing.

As the first point of contact, you’ll handle transactions at the POS, upsell ticket options, and keep the stand clean and welcoming in a high-volume environment. Shift flexibility, including holidays, is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Observational skills to ensure guest safety and needs.
• Basic math skills to make change.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and work any shift, including holidays.
• Prior themed entertainment and sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet, welcome, and interact with all guests as they enter and exit the attraction.
• Answer guest questions and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process transactions through a point-of-sale system with proper cash handling.
• Upsell additional services at the point of sale (combo tickets, souvenirs, shows if applicable).
• Answer phones and redirect calls to the appropriate department.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
