Job summary

WonderWorks Myrtle Beach is seeking Admissions Attendants to greet guests and set the tone for an exciting, upside-down adventure. You will warmly welcome visitors, answer questions, and guide them through ticketing and counter transactions with a smile.

Daily tasks include handling POS sales, making accurate change, upselling combo tickets and souvenirs, and keeping the work area neat and organized. Regular attendance and guest-focused service are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Observational skills to ensure guest safety.
• Basic math to make change.

Responsibilities

• Greet, welcome, and interact with all guests as they enter and exit the attraction.
• Answer guest questions and offer assistance in a friendly manner that provides exceptional customer service.
• Accurately process transactions through a point-of-sale system including proper cash handling in a high-volume environment.
• Upsell guests on additional services offered at the point of sale including combo tickets, souvenir books, and ticketed shows if applicable.
• Answer phones and courteously redirect calls to the appropriate department.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
