This role emphasizes warmth, energy, and professionalism, with duties that include greeting guests, guiding store explorations, presenting product details, keeping the shop neat, and assisting at checkout. Evening and weekend availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.

• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest warmly and professionally as they arrive.
• Guide guests through the store experience, helping them discover products that meet their needs.
• Provide detailed product knowledge, including ingredients, usage, benefits, and store history.
• Ensure the store is cleaned, well-stocked, and well-presented at all times.
• Assist with checkout and packaging purchases with care.
• Other duties as assigned.
