Job summary

Cosm is seeking enthusiastic Fan Ambassadors to welcome and assist guests from arrival to departure, ensuring a warm, engaging environment. You will support ticketing, retail sales, and provide detailed information on events and offerings.

Qualifications

• Prior guest services or retail experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
• Must be fluent in English and able to write in basic English
• Able to stand, walk, and lift light loads as part of daily duties

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, scan tickets, and assist with ticket and retail sales
• Provide exceptional hospitality from arrival to departure
• Share information about offerings, promotions, and events
• Assist with wayfinding, event setup and breakdown
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized venue environment
• Support food and beverage operations as needed
