Job summary

Shedd Aquarium in Chicago is seeking Guest Relations Ambassadors to greet guests, sell tickets, scan tickets, and guide seating across the aquarium and in some outdoor posts. Ideal candidates have 1-2 years in retail or customer service, cash handling experience, and are bilingual in Spanish and English.

High school diploma preferred; willingness to work weekends and holidays is required. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail, attraction, or customer service experience in a high-volume environment.
• Cashhandling and ticket system experience; bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell tickets and greet guests; scan tickets and guide seating.
• Assist guests with kiosks and ticket information throughout the aquarium.
• Move throughout the building to support guest needs and events.
