Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Guest Ambassador for Huntington Bank Pavilion. You will greet guests, share venue information, and help ensure a memorable experience during events.

Responsibilities include guiding guests to seats, answering questions about programs, assisting with merchandise, managing lines, and supporting sustainability efforts. The role requires a high school diploma, strong communication, and the ability to stand and walk for long periods.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 2 years in Guest Service and communications.
• Creative thinker and problem solver.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy.
• A strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs.
• Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50 lbs+ and occasional sitting.

Responsibilities

• Communicate venue information to guests and answer inquiries.
• Assist guests with seating, directions, and finding items.
• Escort guests to meet & greet and manage lines.
• Proactively assist guests to ensure an enjoyable experience.
• Support sustainability initiatives and educate fans on recycling efforts.
• Report maintenance issues to the department manager in a timely manner.
