Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Venue Access Control Crew Member for Huntington Bank Pavilion. You will guard, patrol, and monitor venue premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions, and may operate metal detectors.

The role requires a high school diploma, English communication skills, and the ability to work on-site at the venue. Compensation ranges from $17.05 to $19.00 per hour, with pay based on market, qualifications, and experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Understanding of the rule of law and relevant penal codes.
• Ability to represent the Security Department professionally.
• Ability to perform under pressure in crises.
• Ability to memorize, recollect and quickly retrieve information.
• Ability to interact calmly with patrons and employees during tense situations.
• Physical ability to walk, stand, lift at least 45 lbs, reach, pull, push and grasp.

Responsibilities

• Guard, patrol, and monitor the venue premises to prevent theft, violence, or rule infractions.
• Conduct regular building patrols and respond to security or safety calls promptly.
• Follow department performance, conduct and attendance standards.
• Perform varied duties without loss of efficiency.
• Follow instructions from Security Supervisors and Security Manager.
• Adhere to Security policies and procedures.
• Investigate and document incidents accurately.
• Complete tasks within deadlines set by Security leadership.
• Interact with patrons, vendors, and staff in a courteous manner.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
