Job summary

Huntington Bank Field in Cleveland, OH is seeking part-time and seasonal Event Team Members to help create best-in-class guest experiences from entry to exit.

As a Guest Services Ambassador, you will greet fans, answer questions, guide to seats and facilities, and enforce venue policies. You must be 18+, comfortable outdoors, and able to stand long hours. 16/hour or more per event with perks and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first mindset.
• Friendly, approachable and professional demeanor with a well-groomed appearance.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and navigate stairs.
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions, outdoors.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as they enter Huntington Bank Field.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance the fan experience.
• Proactively assist guests with questions or concerns.
• Understand and enforce all policies and procedures of the venue.
• Provide guests with accurate directions to seating areas and restrooms.
• Be attentive to guests' needs and know policies and locations.
• Report incidents to Team Leaders.
• Thank guests for attending as they leave.
