Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months experience in a guest service role.
• Able to work independently with good judgment and problem solving.
• Strong English reading, writing and speaking.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to input information accurately in a moderately complex computer system.
• Mental readiness for varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to observe emergencies via hearing and vision.

What will you be doing?

What do you bring to the role?

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months previous work experience in a guest service position required, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Able to work independently, has good judgment, problem solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to read, listen, and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.
• Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system.
• Hearing and visual ability to observe and detect signs of emergencies.
• Must be able to work a varied schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and the ability to work under pressure.
