Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• One year of experience in a similar hotel role.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out.
• Answer all phone calls promptly and professionally.
• Provide information about hotel, restaurant and conference center services.
• Handle guest requests and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with bell staff for luggage and transport to rooms.
