Plamondon Hospitality Partners is seeking an entry-level Front Desk Agent for Spring Hill Suites Hagerstown in Hagerstown, MD. This part-time, weekend-shift role offers an opportunity to greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, and provide outstanding service in a hotel setting.

You will collaborate with hotel departments to fulfill guest requests, answer phones, process transactions, and contribute to a smooth, welcoming experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Handle guest inquiries with a positive attitude.
• Be on your feet for up to 90% of the day and lift up to 60 lbs.

• Take on additional responsibilities as needed, keeping things running smoothly and supporting your team whenever necessary.
• Stay active and able to stand, bend, climb, and walk for long periods, with occasional lifting.
