Qualifications

• Availability for AM and PM shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out per standards.
• Inform guests about facilities and local info.
• Handle hotel phone system and transfer calls.
• Take, modify and cancel reservations.
• Coordinate with departments to fulfill requests.
• Post charges to guest accounts.
• Notify housekeeping/maintenance of problems.
• Follow security procedures and emergency protocols.
• Maintain Front Office area cleanliness.
