Job summary

Midas Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent / Guest Services Agent to provide exceptional guest service from check-in to check-out. You will help guests with reservations, payments, and inquiries while maintaining a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles helps, especially in hospitality or retail.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel PMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out with a friendly, professional approach.
• Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations per standards.
• Maintain knowledge of room types, rates, packages, and availability.
• Handle payments and cash transactions accurately per procedures.
• Assist guests with information on services, local attractions, and transportation.
