Job summary

Midas Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent/Guest Services Agent to join our hotel team. You will deliver outstanding customer service during check-in, stay, and check-out, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

Responsibilities include processing reservations, managing payments, promoting loyalty programs, and assisting guests with local information in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, hotel or retail is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations per standards.
• Maintain knowledge of room types, rates, packages, and availability.
• Promote loyalty programs and upsell where appropriate.
• Handle payments, post charges, and cash handling procedures.
• Respond to guest questions and coordinate with hotel departments.
