Job summary

Target is hiring an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) in the United States. The starting hourly rate is $15.50 per hour with a pay range of $15.50–$23.25 per hour. You can work as much or as little as you like, picking up shifts via the myTime scheduling app, with a short training and Welcome orientation.

You will greet guests, help them find what they need, scan and bag items, and explain Target's benefits and services while maintaining a friendly, efficient store environment.

• Scan and bag items safely and efficiently.
• Promote and explain Target Wallet and app features.
• Handle returns following policy guidance.
• All other duties as needed by business needs.
