Job summary

Target is hiring an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to support guest experience in-store. Earn $15.50 per hour starting pay with a pay range of $15.50–$23.25 per hour.

You will create an easy and inspiring guest experience, greet guests at 10ft and 4ft, assist with product finding and returns, and work with leaders to resolve issues per store policies. You can pick up shifts via the myTime scheduling app, with attendance and participation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly guest assistance to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Greet and assist guests at varying distances in store and on the sales floor.
• Handle returns and assist leaders to resolve guest issues per Target policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and stock supplies during open hours.
