Job summary

Target is hiring an On-Demand Team Member (TM) and Guest Advocate. This role focuses on creating a friendly guest experience, greeting guests, helping locate items, and supporting order pickup and drive-up services.

You will pick up shifts via the myTime scheduling app and must attend a Welcome orientation with a brief training plan to get started. The position pays $16.50 per hour as the starting rate and a pay range of $16.50 - $24.75 per hour, with hourly pay frequency and flexible scheduling

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring, and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments
• Greet guests and assist with finding items or resolving issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience
• Support guest services such as order pick up, drive-up, and registry customers with accuracy and courtesy
• Remain flexible and responsive to store needs, including varying shifts and attendance expectations
• Attend Target Welcome orientation and participate in a short-term training schedule to start
