Job summary

Target is hiring a Guest Advocate to deliver exceptional guest service in our store. You will greet guests, assist with questions, and promote loyalty programs while handling transactions with care. This on-demand TM role offers flexible scheduling to fit your life and the needs of the store.

You’ll use Target’s tools and apps to help guests, manage returns, and guide them through services like Drive Up and Registry. Training will be provided to develop product knowledge and service skills.

Qualifications

• Able to interact with guests and fellow team members effectively.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, active environment with flexibility.
• Willing to work varying hours, including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture by delivering the service standard.
• Greet guests and engage to solve their needs.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to assist guests.
• Know loyalty programs and assist with enrollment when needed.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and maintain accuracy.
• Support order pick up, drive up, and registry guests while keeping areas tidy.
