Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Guest Advocate to deliver exceptional guest service across store interactions and drive loyalty enrollment. You will greet guests, assist with needs, and use store tools to resolve issues while maintaining a clean, friendly environment.

Responsibilities include helping guests with product information, guiding them through the Target App and loyalty programs, and supporting flexible shift coverage as required by store needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.
• Knowledge of Target app and loyalty programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture by delivering the service standard.
• Greet guests and complete daily tasks.
• Assist guests and resolve their needs with a welcoming approach.
• Be knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services to help guests.
• Explain loyalty benefits and assist with sign-up as needed.
• Operate scanners and assist with checkout while upholding accuracy.
