Job summary

Target is looking for an On-Demand Guest Advocate to assist guests and deliver a seamless shopping experience in our stores. You will work with a team to greet guests, answer questions, and help them with products, services, and loyalty programs.

Responsibilities include promoting brand launches, enabling quick checkouts, and supporting order pickup and drive-up services. A positive, flexible, and guest-focused attitude is essential for success.

• Scan and bag all guest items efficiently, accurately and in compliance with safety standards.
