Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Guest Advocate. You will interact with guests, greet them, and help solve their needs while maintaining store standards. The role emphasizes flexible shift availability and proactive guest service across in-store tasks.

You will use handheld scanners and the Target App to assist guests, enroll them in loyalty programs, and support various fulfillment services. Training is provided to build product knowledge and service skills.

• Willing to work varying hours, including nights and weekends
