Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to help guests have a welcoming and efficient shopping experience in our California store. You will greet guests, answer questions, and guide them through features like Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and the Target App.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with guests in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Comfort with fast-paced, physically active work.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience and greet customers.
• Assist guests in finding products and resolving issues.
• Explain and support use of Order Pick-Up, Drive Up and the Target App.
