Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by greeting guests and initiating helpful interactions.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest interaction with a thank you and promote store services and promos.
• Support teammates and adjust to guest needs while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Inform guests about Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and online ordering, and assist with enrollment and activation of loyalty programs.
• Ensure checkout, transactions, and store processes run accurately and safely.
