Target in Omaha is seeking a Guest Advocate to help guests have a smooth, friendly shopping experience and to promote loyalty programs. You will greet guests, resolve questions, and guide them through checkout and digital services.

Training is provided; you will work in a fast-paced, team-based environment, supporting Drive Up, Order Pick-Up, and in-store experiences while upholding safety and courtesy.

• Able to communicate effectively and be attentive to guests' needs.
• Friendly, welcoming attitude with strong teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to educate guests about products and services.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests and deliver a friendly, helpful guest experience.
• Help guests find items and resolve issues to ensure smooth shopping.
• Explain and enroll guests in promos, benefits, and loyalty programs.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, maintaining accuracy.
• Be familiar with Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering.
• Assist guests with returns or exchanges and escalate to leaders as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Support guest services and safety compliance at all times.
• All other duties based on business needs.
