Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to help guests with a friendly, efficient shopping experience. You will pick shifts via the myTime app, attend orientation, and complete short training to prepare for your role on the floor and at checkout.

In this position you’ll engage guests, promote services, learn store workflows, and adapt to varying hours, holidays, and peak times. This role emphasizes teamwork and customer care within Target’s welcoming culture.

• Greet guests and assist them in finding what they need
• Help guests resolve issues to ensure a smooth, easy shopping experience

• Scan and bag items efficiently and in compliance with safety standards
• Work to minimize guest wait times while maintaining service and accuracy
