Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience delivering guest service in a retail environment.
• Ability to use handheld scanners and technology.
• Flexible schedule including nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting, assisting and thanking guests.
• Greet guests and help with needs to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Assist guests in finding items and resolving issues while following Target policies.
• Handle returns or exchanges and collaborate with leaders when needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and support store operations.
